We are dedicated to making Christian education accessible to families. Need-based financial aid is available for grades K5-12 through FACTS Grants & Aid, and we also accept outside scholarships to help support your educational journey.

WCA In-House Financial Aid

Applications open the first week in January. We encourage returning families to apply as soon as the financial aid window opens!

How to Apply

• Visit our online application.
• Select Create an Account if you are a first-time applicant for financial aid or select Log In if you are a returning financial aid applicant.
• Search for Westminster Christian Academy or search by zip code 70570
• Answer a series of household finance-related questions.
• Upload a PDF of the requested documents.
• Pay the application fee to process the application.

FREQUENTLY Asked questions

1. Will I qualify for financial aid? Many families qualify! Eligibility is based on multiple factors, not just income. We encourage all families to apply.
2. Is it hard to apply? The online application is processed by FACTS Grants & Aid and reviewed by Westminster Christian Academy. Submit all required information and documentation promptly for consideration. Apply early!
3. Is financial aid just for new families? No, returning families can also apply.
4. Should I apply for admission or financial aid first? Complete your admissions application before applying for financial aid. These are separate processes.

Outside Scholarship Opportunities

These non-profit organizations provide tuition assistance for qualified families on a first-come, first-served basis as long as funds are available. Visit their websites for additional information. 

Ace Scholarship Deadline: April 15th

Arete Scholarship Deadline: May 31st (or until 4000 applications are received)

Louisiana gator (giving all the opportunity to rise)

This new program will begin accepting applications March 1, 2025. For eligibility information and details, visit the Louisiana Department of Education's website.

The applications and submissions of these scholarships are the sole responsibility of the applicant. These scholarships may be combined with in-house financial aid through WCA. All outside scholarships will be applied before any WCA discounts or financial aid is awarded.
